Earlier this week, a Linn County grand jury decided not to indict Cedar Rapids Police Officer Lucas Jones after a shooting that paralyzed Jerime Mitchell from the neck down. Now the dashcam video from Jones' squad car has been released.

November 18, Linn County Attorney Jerry Vander Sanden announced a grand jury was being convened to examine the case and decided if charges against the officer were warranted. The shooting, near Coe College in Cedar Rapids, happened in the early morning hours of November 1. Here's the dashcam video from Officer Lucas Jones' patrol vehicle that morning:
