The eighth annual CBS2 Your Health Expo with Cottage Grove Place will be taking place this Sunday, April 14 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the DoubleTree Convention Complex in downtown Cedar Rapids, IA.

Hear from keynote speaker, Dr. Terry Wahls, on the Main Stage at 1 PM! Dr. Wahls will share her recovery story on how she beat progressive multiple sclerosis using paleo principles and functional medicine.

Chef Michael from Grand Living at Indian Creek will show you how to get fit in the kitchen.

11:45 am: Grilled chicken, farro salad with roasted vegetables and tahini

2:00 pm: Smoked salmon, quinoa cakes with avocado salsa

Kids Zone

The Kids Zone will be full of fun activities including a bounce house, 70 ft. obstacle course, face painting, balloon animals, weather green screen demos, crafts and more!

All attendees can enter to win door prizes and spin the CBS2 prize wheel. PLUS the first 1,000 guests through the door receive a free tote bag.
