According to Iowa News Now, Hy-Vee announced Wednesday that all of their pharmacy locations will be offering free COVID-19 vaccines, no appointment needed. This is great news for those Iowans who have been wanting to get their vaccine, but unable to find an appointment time that worked for them.

This news really takes the stress off of vaccine searching. Now, for those who like to stick to a schedule to ensure that they will get their vaccine, don't worry. If you would prefer to make an appointment to get your vaccination, you still can.

Just click HERE to be directed to Hy-Vee's website and click 'Find Appointments'. Next you want to make sure that you complete the consent form and schedule your appointment. You will need to fill out one form per person. Lastly, one of the best parts about the vaccination is that it's completely free. You don't need to have insurance.

Hy-Vee allowing people to walk-in and get their shot when it's convenient for them is certainly going to opens things up and make it easier for everyone who wants a shot to get vaccinated. Plus, there are a ton of locations in the area as well.
