Upon arrival, officers learned that a male suspect approached a 25-year-old female bank teller behind the counter and handed her a note stating that it was a robbery.

The bank teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect. The suspect fled the bank on foot, and once he made it outside, deposited the cash into the ATM attached to the bank.

From there, the suspect then continued to flee the scene behind the Prices Corner Shopping Center where officers located him and took him into custody without any incident.

McRoberts Williams was taken to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $6,000 cash bond.
