Yes, you read that title correctly and yes, we're talking about THAT Foreigner. This could be an incredible moment for your child that they will remember for the rest of their lives.

Foreigner is performing at the Xtream Arena, on October 18, and an Iowa Middle School or High School Choir gets to sing before the Foreigner show, and possibly sing "I Wanna Know What Love Is" with the band.

The selected choir will also receive a $500 donation from the band.

The Band

Foreigner is a British-American rock band, that was created by guitarist Mick Jones in 1976. Mick Jones has helped craft some of the biggest songs in rock and roll history. According to Foreigner, he is a Grammy and Golden Globe-nominated songwriter, performer, and producer. He also won the Ivor Novello songwriter award in Britain, in 1998.

The band currently consists of Mick Jones, lead vocalist Kelly Hansen, Jeff Pilson on bass, Michael Bluestein on keyboard, Bruce  Watson on guitar, and Luis Maldonado, also on guitar.

How To Enter

Choirs who would like the chance to perform before the Foreigner show and possibly during "I Want To Know What Love Is" should submit a clip of their choir singing any Foreigner song. It can be a small sample of a song or you can submit the song of your choosing in its entirety. Share your video on the KDAT Facebook page or submit the entry on the free KDAT station app.
