Holiday Events in Eastern Iowa This Weekend

We only have one week left until Christmas, and that means lot of holiday events! Here are some of the pre-Christmas events coming up here in Eastern Iowa this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:

Orchestra Iowa Presents Holiday Spectacular
- Paramount Theatre in Cedar Rapids
- Dates/Times
  - December 20th at 7:30 p.m.
  - December 21st at 7:30 p.m.
  - December 22nd at 2:30 p.m.
- "Celebrate the holidays at Cedar Rapids’ beautiful & historic Paramount Theatre with Maestro Timothy Hankewich, Orchestra Iowa, and star blues guitarist, Kevin “B.F.” Burt. A Very Ugly Sweater Party

- December 20th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Featuring ugly sweater contests, a secret Christmas celebrity, a craft table, and more
- Event is free, but $10 donations will be accepted
Cookies & Claus
- Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids
- December 21st from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- "We'll have cookies to decorate, milk to enjoy along with your cookies, face painting, crafts, and of course Santa will be stopping by to say hi! PLUS, the Ice Queen and Snow Princess will be joining us!"
Breakfast With Santa
- Edgewood Road Hy-Vee in Cedar Rapids
  - December 21st from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  - Breakfast buffet is $12 for adults and $6 for kids

- "Mrs. Claus will be here to take holiday photos from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Bring your dog all dressed up for the holidays and be entered to win a Big Grove Brewery gift card."

Skate with Santa
- Cedar Rapids Ice Arena
- December 22nd from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- "Admission includes skating with Santa, face painting, cookie decorating, and more holiday fun!"

Brunch with Santa
- Cedar Ridge Winery in Swisher
- December 22nd from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
