It's time to shout out some awesome local restaurants in Eastern Iowa!
I haven't gone out to eat this fall nearly as much as I did this summer (vacation got in the way!), but I still visited quite a few restaurants over the past couple of months. Some of them are places that will look familiar, because I eat at/order from them all the time. But, the others are new... or, at least, new to me! Breakfast burritos, pizza, pasta, nachos - here are some of the best things that I ate from 12 Eastern Iowa restaurants (and 1 West Des Moines restaurant) in the fall of 2025:
