Happy holidays!

If you ask anyone who has ever met me, they'll tell you that my favorite food on this whole planet is nachos. There's nothing that makes me happier than an empty stomach and a huge platter of chips smothered in cheese sitting right in front of me. I honestly think I could eat nachos every single day for the rest of my life and never get sick of them.

November 6th is National Nachos Day, my favorite "fake" food holiday of the year. As the self-proclaimed Queen of Nachos, I have put together a list of some of my personal favorites here in the Cedar Rapids area. Here are some of the best (in alphabetical order):
