New Cedar Rapids Shop Offers Coffee Shakes, Loaded Teas, & More
Back in the spring, it was announced that Cedar Rapids Nutrition was being taken over by new owners. With those new owners came a rebrand of the business, which included new menu items, new hours, and a totally new name. As of May 1st, Cedar Rapids Nutrition officially became Maeve’s Nutrition!
About Maeve's Nutrition
Maeve's Nutrition is located at 127 3rd Ave SE in Downtown Cedar Rapids, right in between Simply Divine Candy and the Paramount Theatre. According to their Facebook page, the business specializes in healthy drink choices. Maeve's Nutrition's menu includes more than 50 different flavors of 'Loaded Tea,' as well as a wide variety of protein shakes, coffee shakes, and iced coffee. They even have beverages for kids! This week, I had the opportunity to try Maeve's Nutrition for the first time, and I ordered the Vanilla Turtle Mocha Coffee Shake. I'm not normally a coffee person, but I figured all the other flavors would cover up the coffee taste. It was delicious!
Maeve's Nutrition also offers monthly/seasonal drink specials. The month of September's are the September Sunset Tea, Autumn Brown Sugar Apple Coffee, and the Pumpkin Brownie Shake.
Business Hours
Maeve's Nutrition is open seven days a week. Their business hours are:
- Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
