Marion Restaurant Announces It Will Close This Month
Uptown Marion has seen a resurgence in the past five years. New shops and restaurants. A re-designed 7th Avenue. A brand new state-of-the-art public library. It has become a fun place to hang out and visit on a regular basis. Sadly, one of the restaurants that made the Uptown area so unique has announced that they will be closing for good later this month.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, Brittany Hannah, the executive chef and owner of Bistro 3 Nineteen shared the sad news that her restaurant will be closing later this month. Located at 796 11th street in Marion, Bistro will remain open through Saturday, February 25th. Hannah mentions in the post just how difficult the past two years have been for all businesses. Possibly no sector has been hit harder than restaurants.
Leading up to the restaurant's closing on February 25th, Hannah states in the post that patrons will still be able to order from the full menu and the bakery case will still be fully stocked. Bottle dressings will be available for purchase, and gift cards will still be honored during the restaurant's final days. It saddens me that this restaurant is closing. Chef Hannah made all her items from scratch and featured a unique menu. She had many loyal customers during her five years in business. I encourage you to visit before Bistro closes on the 25th. One way that you can enjoy some of Hannah's amazing food is by getting in your Paczki order for Fat Tuesday!
Orders must be placed by February 18th at noon to ensure you get yours on the 21st! You can order your Paczkis HERE. They look absolutely delicious! We certainly wish Chef Hannah the best in her future endeavors. Her restaurant will certainly be missed in Uptown Marion.
