Jimmy Kimmel and Molly McNearney Welcome Baby Girl

Jimmy Kimmel announced this morning (July 10) on Twitter that he and his wife, Molly McNearney, welcomed a baby girl today.

"Congratulations to my beautiful and very tough wife @mollymcnearney on delivering our baby girl this morning," he wrote before joking, "Thanks for all your kind baby wishes -- turns out, not ALL tweets are mean!"

The baby girl is Kimmel and McNearney's first child together. Kimmel has two children from his first marriage to Gina Maddy.

McNearney is a comedian and writer on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' They began dating in October 2009 and were married July 2013. Kimmel announced his wife's pregnancy last February on 'The Ellen Degeneres Show.'

"It's weird, at my age," Kimmel told Ellen DeGeneres (quotes via E! News). "I'm going to be one of those old dads."

Congratulations to the couple on their new bundle of joy!
