After Justin Timberlake was arrested on DWI charges, he broke his silence during his show inside the United Center at his Forget Tomorrow World Tour in Chicago, Illinois.

The pop superstar was taken into custody on June 18th at the Sag Harbor community of the Hamptons on Long Island, New York, after allegedly driving while intoxicated.  That didn't stop Timberlake from playing his show in Chicago on Friday night.

"We've been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights.  And uh, it's been a tough week, but you're here, I'm here and nothing can change this moment right now.  I know sometimes I'm hard to love but you keep on lovin' me and I love you right back."

Those were the exact words from Timberlake during his concert in Chicago.  Fans were cheering and rallying in support of him, but not everyone was fully behind that idea.

I'll be honest, if it were a "regular" person who got arrested for driving while intoxicated people would have a lot of judgement toward them.  Most would probably say, "be a responsible adult" or "you could've killed someone", but because it's a celebrity do they get a pass?

Sag Harbor police stated that he was pulled over after running a stop sign and weaving along the road in his 2025 BMW.  Timberlake said he only had one martini and denied the charge.

In my opinion, the apology could've been different and more thoughtful with the platform he has.  That's just me, though.
