Maren Morris is Headed Back to Iowa This Summer

This year's Iowa State Fair lineup just got a new addition! Maren Morris has been announced as another one of the Grandstand performers for 2023!

Maren Morris has had a very successful few years since the release of her 2016 album Hero. She's won a Grammy, five CMA and ACM Awards, three Billboard Music Awards, and an American Music Award, and she still has a long career ahead of her! Her third studio album Humble Quest was released just last year, and according to the press release:

"Humble Quest debuted at #2 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, broke the record for most first day and first week streams globally on Amazon Music for a country album by a female artist and featured Gold-certified, Grammy-nominated lead single 'Circles Around This Town,' which was the most-added single at country radio upon impact and broke Amazon Music’s record for most streams for a country song debut by a female artist."

Maren will take the stage at the Iowa State Fair on Thursday, August 17th at 8 p.m., along with opener and fellow country singer Lindsay Ell. Tickets will go on-sale to the public this Friday, February 24, 2023, at 10 a.m. for anywhere from $35 to $60. You can purchase them on the official Iowa State Fair website.

Also announced for the Iowa State Fair this morning is songwriter, dancer, and violinist Lindsey Stirling.
