KCRG reports the company is temporarily halting disconnections for non-payment and they're also waiving deposits and late fees.

The company is also doing its best to protect workers by asking customers if anyone is under self-isolation and adjusting their work as needed. However, they did say emergency gas leaks, downed power lines, and other critical situations will get a response no matter what. The company outlined its COVID-19 plans on its website.
