“Open-Concept Bathrooms” Are Gaining Popularity

A newly renovated condo in the Boston area's listing is gaining attention by the minute, and it's not because of its location or $899,000 price tag.

Sure, the new kitchen cabinets, freshly laid hardwood floors, deck looking over Jamaica Plain, and mass amount of windows are nice, but the bathroom is the focus point of the ad.

It's a special layout that has an open concept between the bathroom and the rest of the home.

No doors or walls, but just a tall piece of frosted glass separates the toilet and shower from the rest of the house.

While open concept showers have been popular for some time, but including the toilet hasn't quite caught on yet. Although, it was recently featured on a list of "top bathroom trends to keep on your radar."
