If you're late everywhere, there's good news for you, according to a new scientific study.

A new study out of Harvard University says people who constantly are running late are more often than not a calmer person. They say this calmness adds years to your life. According to the study, "An optimistic outlook early in life can predict better health and a lower rate of death during follow-up periods of 15 to 40 years.”

They also said that optimism seems to protect the heart, which means a much lower chance of heart issues like low blood pressure.
