Project Floyd Casting Call July 26

The Ultimate Pink Floyd Tribute concert is coming to Cedar Rapids! This epic event will happen on August 12th at the Paramount Theatre. The show features Cedar Rapids hometown heroes Project Floyd.

As most of you know, a group of schoolchildren can be heard singing the chorus of Pink Floyd's chart-topping 1979 single, "Another Brick in the Wall, Pt.2." Project Floyd wants to recreate that sound on stage when the band plays live next month at the Paramount Theatre.

We need your help: 94.1 KRNA is hosting an open casting call in hopes of finding ten kids, between the ages of 6-12, to join the band on-stage. The audition will happen on Wednesday, July 26th, at the KRNA studios. Here's the details:

• Project Floyd Casting Call is Wednesday, July 26th
• Arrive by 5:45 p.m. Auditions start at 6:00 p.m.
• Kids ages 6-12 years old, and MUST be accompanied by a parent.
• Meet in the lobby of Plaza 425 Building at 425 Second Street SE in downtown Cedar Rapids. KRNA is located on the 4th floor
• A minimum of ten kids will be chosen to perform with Project Floyd on August 12 at the Paramount Theatre.
• Each child that is selected will receive two (2) complimentary tickets & a KRNA t-shirt for them to wear onstage at the performance
