It's a scary time right now. Sports leagues and teams are suspending play, schools are moving to online classes, and a global scare has swept the nation. While this is a serious issue, there is no need to panic. If you simply follow healthy safety practices you can keep you and your loved ones happy and healthy. Here are some tips and tricks you can use in order to keep you and those around you in the best health.

1). Staying Home- If you start to feel sick or have any cold/flu like symptoms, stay home. It's much better to play it safe rather than sorry.

2). Go to the doctor- If you are experiencing flu like symptoms, make sure you get checked out immediately. It could be nothing, but having confirmation is key.

3). Disinfect- Wipe down surfaces of your home with disinfectant wipes. Heavily focus on areas that are in direct contact with you or those around you (door handles, pots, pans etc...).

4). Vitamin C- To keep your immune system strong, experts are recommending that  1000mg of Vitamin C be ingested daily.

5). Wash your hands- Washing your hands for at least 20 seconds is the best practice from keeping bacteria and viruses away. Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Coronavirus is no joke. However, with these safety practices you can give yourself the best possible chance of no contracting anything.
