An Iowa City man has been arrested on some charges related to a drunk driving incident that took place on Muscatine Avenue - and the guy was well over the legal limit.

"I am a good drunk driver," the Davenport man told Iowa State Patrol after the chase.

A new associate dean was arrested for drunk driving with his kids in the car, on the same day he interviewed for the job.

Harsher penalties and easier access to ride-hailing led to a drop in drunk driving last year.
