The 2020 Delaware County Fair is Canceled
Another local fair is off the schedule for 2020, sadly. Due to COVID-19, the 2020 Delaware County Fair is officially canceled. The announcement was made on the fair's Facebook page Friday morning. Sadly, this marks an end to 151 straight years of the Delaware County Fair.
The 4H and FFA portions are moving forward, but the entertainment (carnival), food and all standard fair activities are scrapped. This years fair was set to run July 13-19th. In the cancellation announcement, it was made clear a 2021 fair would be happening around the same time.
