There are few things I love more in life than relaxing at a restaurant on a warm summer night, enjoying some delicious food, a couple of drinks, and a beautiful view of the water. Coming from Michigan, sitting by a river or a lake really makes me feel at home. There may not be as many bodies of water here in Iowa, but the ones we have are absolutely beautiful. I came across an article by Only in Your State that has a list of some of the best restaurants in Iowa that are right on a river, and I wanted to share them with you before summer passes us by!
