Five out of the eight Grandstand acts that were scheduled for the 2020 Iowa State Fair have successfully been rescheduled for 2021!

Huge concerts and festivals all over the country have been canceled these past few weeks, and now that list includes the Iowa State Fair. Yesterday, the 2020 Iowa State Fair was officially "postponed" to 2021 because of the coronavirus pandemic. This is only the 6th time in history that the fair has been canceled, the last time during WWII.

The good news is that many of the Grandstand acts that were scheduled for 2020 were able to be rescheduled for 2021. Only three had to be completely canceled, and those three shows are:

If you already purchased tickets to any of the canceled shows, you will be automatically refunded. The site says to please allow 30 days for processing.

If you already purchased tickets to any of the rescheduled shows, you have several different options. The State Fair's website says:

"If you purchased your tickets through Etix the official Iowa State Fair ticket source, you will receive information on how to request a refund. If the concert is rescheduled for 2021, you can hold onto your ticket for the new dates in 2021. If you won tickets through an email, text or radio station promotion, your tickets have a $0 refund value, but can be used for the rescheduled dates."
