Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Florida-Georgia Line, & Gwen Stefani to Perform at Iowa Speedway

A massive weekend of live country music is coming to central Iowa this summer as four superstar acts are set to perform at Iowa Speedway in Newton.

The concerts were announced by Hy-Vee this morning and will feature two days of gigantic names in the music business.

It all begins on Saturday, July 23 with Tim McGraw performing before the Hy-VeeDeals.com 250. After the Saturday race concludes, Florida-Georgia Line will take to the stage.

Sunday, July 24, Gwen Stefani will perform before the Hy-Vee Salute to Farmers 300 race. When the Sunday race ends, Gwen's husband and country music superstar Blake Shelton will perform.

Hy-Vee says Tim McGraw (Saturday) and Gwen Stefani (Sunday) will each perform 50-minutes prior to that day's race, trackside, in front of the main grandstands at the Iowa Speedway. Florida-Georgia Line (Saturday) and Blake Shelton (Sunday) will do a 90-minute concert after each race.

According to a media release, both the pre and post-race concerts each day are included with tickets for the IndyCar races. You can also buy Post-Race Concert Pit Passes for both Florida-Georgia Line and Blake Shelton's performances. Those will "provide access to an exclusive area near the start/finish line for an up-close view of the live performance." Again, Florida-Georgia Line performs after Saturday's race and Blake Shelton after Sunday's race concludes.

Hy-Vee also promises a Food Truck Village with dozens of Midwest food trucks each day. On Saturday, there will be kids' games and activities and on Sunday, special activities to honor farmers from around the nation.
