TODAY ONLY: Thank-A-Thon to Raise Money For Iowa Kids

Every year we host our annual KHAK Radiothon with the Children's Miracle Network to raise money for kids and families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. 2020 changed that. Due to the coronavirus, it wasn't safe for us to be at the hospital. Unfortunately, that meant that we weren't able to raise any money for families this year. That is, until now.

The Children's Miracle Network is hosting a Thank-A-Thon to raise money for the kids and their families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. This is a one-day event that's going on today. They'll be reaching out to past radiothon donors to thank them for their support and to kindly ask if they'd like to donate again this year. Why let COVID stop us from helping kids at the hospital?

The kids and families we meet each year in Iowa City are amazing. Their resolve and their attitudes, despite everything they're going through, are an example to us all. Doing the radiothon each year is an absolute honor.
