[WATCH] Extreme Weather Creates Insane Driving Conditions

The extreme cold and recent snow has created some insane driving conditions that has caused some terrible accidents across the USA recently.

Just this morning there was a multiple car pileup on southbound I 380 in downtown Cedar Rapids.
