Basketball fan?  Saturday Night Live fan?  Michael Jordan fan?  Comedy fan?  Chicago Bulls fan?

Last week, on Saturday Night Live with host Keegan-Michael Key, made a parody of ESPN's 2020 30 for 30 production of "The Last Dance" was aired on TV and it got very little response despite how hilarious it was.

During the 2020 global pandemic shutdown of sports, ESPN pushed up the production and air dates of the 10 part docu-series "The Last Dance". "The Last Dance" aired 2 episodes every Sunday for 5 weeks.

The main feature of the series was Michael Jordan and his desire to win.  The Chicago Bulls won three consecutive NBA championships from 1991 to 1993.

After a brief stint away from basketball to pursue his desire to play professional baseball, Jordan retuned to the Chicago Bulls.  The Bulls would win three more consecutive NBA titles from 1996 to 1998.  The series highlighted the last season together as a team.

Because there weren't any live sports going on at the time, the series became must see, appointment television that people would talk about the next day at work, in Zoom meetings, and at happy hours (if they could go to bars).

Jordan's strong desire for competition was often a main theme in many of the interviews and scenes-- including the time he played "quarters closest to the wall" with his head security guard.

Saturday Night Live, a year after "The Last Dance" premiered, made a parody that is worth watching more times than the actual 30 For 30 series itself.
