Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield say they plan on selling health insurance policies in Iowa compliant with the Affordable Care Act again in 2019. The company announced their plans on Thursday and said they will sell policies again as long as there aren't any further changes to the 2010 law also know as Obamacare.

Wellmark, the state's largest insurer, announced last April that they would stop selling ACA plans because of high costs. The company lost $90 million over three years. But yesterday, the company says it believes that the individual market can be stable again.

Medica is the only insurer selling ACA policies in Iowa this year. Nearly 72,000 Iowans buy their insurance on the individual market.
