Where to Park for the Cedar Rapids Beer Summit

The Cedar Rapids Beer Summit is this Saturday and parking won't cost you much at all!

The countdown continues to Saturday's Cedar Rapids Beer Summit, where more than 100 craft beers will be available for unlimited sampling from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton Convention Complex. The special VIP hour starts at 5! Tickets are just $35 now but will be $45 at the door so buys yours now.

For those of you unfamiliar with parking in Cedar Rapids, here's some useful information. When you come downtown Saturday afternoon, on street parking is free. That will fill up fast. However, there's great news about parking in downtown ramps for the event. The first hour is free and after that, it's just 75 cents per hour. The image below shows two of the downtown ramps, literally across the street from the U.S. Cellular Center and Convention complex.
