Dog-Riding Monkey Returns To Cedar Rapids

The World's Toughest Rodeo returns to the U.S. Cellular Center in downtown Cedar Rapids this weekend! That means the return of WHIPLASH, the world's smallest cowboy!

Standing at just 2 ft tall and weighing in at only 8 pounds, this little monkey has become a fan favorite all over the country. Whiplash is a Capuchin monkey that rides on the back of his Border Collie, Boogie. It's so cool to watch this little guy do his thing!

You may know Whiplash from his Taco John's commercials or his appearances on ESPN, Good Morning America or The Today Show. He's a celebrity, and I'm excited he's coming to Cedar Rapids!
