While the majority of my pre- Insane Inflatable 5K training has been on the bicycle, I'm getting into running as the weather warms. My Trek Paragon has a sweet on-board computer that tracks everything in real time...but it's not an app. When those came along a few years ago, it changed the game. Runners apps are a great tool. We'll see plenty in action at our 5K at Kirkwood this summer.

All week we've been telling you about Insane Inflatable 5k, which no doubt will be one of the coolest things you've ever done.  More than just a 5k, it's your chance to bounce, climb, slide, and simply have a blast.
