A Light At The End Of The Tunnel?

Two of the Quad City bridges affected by the HESCO breech are slowly returning to normal.  The Arsenal has re-opened, and the Centennial lane closures have been lifted, at least temporarily.  Commuters can now use these as they would before the downtown flooded.

All downtown ark building has been halted as well.
