A Pizza With 101 Different Cheeses!

Some of you may know that I gave up cheese for Lent. But now that Lent is over, it's time to devour some of that gooey goodness, and I know just how to do it!

According to an article from Mashable, Scottie's Pizza Parlor in Oregon has created a pie with 101 types of cheese on it. 101! They were inspired by none other than the movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which has a 99-cheese pizza. Scottie's has even applied to Guinness to see if they have broken a world record.

While they're waiting for that confirmation, I'm thinking a road trip is not entirely out of the question. I mean, we're talking about a blend of 100 different cheeses on top of one pizza AND mozzarella stuffed into the crust! I really don't see what could be wrong with this picture perfect pie.

On the other hand, Oregon is kind of far away...Do you think they deliver?
