Argument Over Chicken Tenders Leads to Two Arrests

Denny's is the place to go after midnight, whether you're craving a burger or an omelet, but you might also get a show with your food at those hours.

Two waiters at Denny's, Jacob Jordan and Robert Lee, had the police called after a fight broke out between them.

The officer said that he talked to Jordan, who explained what happened.

Jordan said he walked into the kitchen to grab a plate of chicken tenders for a table, and Lee told him that the plate was for one of his tables. The two began to argue, which led to blows.

After the officer ran their ID's, he found that both of the servers had multiple outstanding warrants in other jurisdictions.

Both of the waiters were charged with 3rd-degree-battery and issued court dates to answer for their warrants.
