Benton County House Fire Kills Father And Son

An early morning house fire in Benton County has claimed the lives of two family members. A father and son died in the blaze, while a daughter survived by jumping from a second story window.

The fire began around 2 a.m. on 16th Ave. just north of Keystone. KCRG TV reports that an elderly family was living in the home and that three people were trapped inside. A woman was able to jump to safety, but her father and brother did not make it outside. The woman was taken to a local hospital. Her name and condition are not being released.
