It felt nice to have those warm days in the 80s for a hot second there. I can tell you that every single place that sold ice cream was as busy as could be. Sure, the weather has slightly cooled but ice cream is delicious in every type of weather.

With the spring season here and summer right around the corner, it's time for us to give you a highly anticipated list we reveal every year. You help us create this list so if you're mad about it, be mad at yourself. But it's the list of the best ice cream places in the Quad Cities so who can be mad about ice cream?

The Best Place To Get Ice Cream In The Quad Cities Is On The Iowa Side

Recently, we asked you "Where is the best place to get ice cream in the Quad Cities?" We had a bunch of responses. Like, a lot. I'm not sure if our friends on the Illinois side didn't see this post or something because most of these responses were in favor of ice cream shops on the Iowa side.

Again, this list isn't based on Yelp! reviews, people advertising with us (we wish they would!), or anything of that nature. This list is made up solely of your comments.

Whether you agree with our list or not, let's just point out the fact that there are a lot of great, local ice cream shops in the Quad Cities and the surrounding area. With so many people tagging and mentioning great local businesses in the Quad Cities, we know all of them are feeling the love and support even before summer is here.
