Pinteresting World: Turn Your Phone Into A Blacklight With Sharpies and Clear Tape

From time to time you see really cool little tips and tricks online for fun things.  This is one I really want to try, and this weekend my be the perfect time. My daughter is having a big birthday party slumber party and I've been spending a ton of time on Pinterest looking for ideas.  There's a bunch of cool ones too, like glow in the dark/fluorescent bubbles. While I'm not sure I'm willing to try it due to paint usage, if I do, turning my phone into a blacklight would be a really cool accent.  Come to think of it, I'm sure they'll be painting nails, and I know some of those colors are fluorescent, so this might still work.

Anyone tried it yet?
