Downtown Cedar Rapids has a New Sushi Restaurant [PHOTOS]

We're getting restaurant news left and right this week! We found out about a new Mexican restaurant in Coralville, the closure of The Pig and Porter in Cedar Rapids, and now we know of a new sushi restaurant that opened up in Downtown Cedar Rapids just last week!

According to their Facebook page, MIX Sushi & Kitchen's goal is to "serve up fresh and inventive sushi and unique take on classic dishes from a mix of different Asian countries, as well as create new ones by mixing in a global twist!" They're open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., which means they offer both breakfast and lunch options. Just look how big their menu is!

Poke bowls, sushi, soups, salads, and "dragons" are just a few of the items that are available at the new restaurant now that they're serving the full menu. Here are some photos from their Facebook page that just might make you hungry:
