Americans will eat about a million chicken wings, making it the most popular snack for Super Bowl Sunday.

When it comes to wing preparation, most guys consider themselves experts. I'm no expert but here are my five favorite ways to flavor chicken wings.

RED HOT ASIAN - hot pepper sauce, garlic, onion powder, salt and white pepper, lemon juice. soy sauce, honey, ginger and 1/2 tsp peanut butter

CAJUN SPICE - This is the wing flavor that kicks it up a notch. Load up with 2 tsp of paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic, thyme and oregano.

SMOKEY SWEET BBQ - Get a bottle of basic ketchup add a 1/4 cup of brown sugar,  red pepper to warm it up, liquid smoke,

ITALIAN GARLIC - This one uses 1/2 tsb of oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme salt, black pepper, ground mustard and four big cloves of fresh chopped garlic.

CHILI LIME - chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, honey and lime juice

Just dust your wings with any one of these dry spice combos after you splash on either lemon or lime juice before you bake em at 325 for 25 minutes.

Dig in and thank me later.
