You can be the new owner of the iconic house from "The Golden Girls," which is hitting the market for $3 million.

Though the show is set in Miami, the house is actually in Los Angeles' fancy neighborhood, Brentwood, at 245 N Saltair Ave.

The only actual tie the show has to the house is that the exterior was taken to be portrayed as Blanche's house. The rest of the show was shot on a soundstage in Orlando at Disney's Hollywood Studio.

The show ran from 1985 to 1992, but reruns can be found across multiple TV networks.

Designed in a mid-century style with Hawaiian influences, the house has four bedrooms and sits at about 3,000 square feet.
