The Iowa Hawkeyes are back in action tonight against Nebraska. It's a home game at Carver starting at 5 p.m. If you don't have tickets, you can catch all of the action on the Big Ten Network.

Looking at the odds, Vegas has Iowa favored by 14. If you ask me, that's too many points. I think this game will be much closer and Nebraska has a really good chance of winning outright.

But they will need to play better. Nebraska has struggled in conference play losing nine of their last 11. They will be trying to snap a seven-game losing streak this evening in Iowa City.

And we all know it's not easy to play in Carver Hawkeye Arena. But the Hawks had a pretty bad showing in their last game.

Iowa got smoked against Purdue on Wednesday night 104-68. Luka Garza had only one rebound, it was ugly. When I say ugly, I mean it was really ugly. Let's hope Fran can get them back on track.

I like the Hawks to win, but not by much.

My prediction: Iowa 77, Nebraska 69.
