The midwest grocery store chain, based in Iowa, is recalling a private label product sold at all 240 of its stores.

The recall is for Hy-Vee 2-ounce Macadamia Nuts. Hy-Vee's press release states the product is being recalled due to possible Salmonella contamination. It's sold in a blue-colored 2-ounce plastic bag and was sold from July 2 of 2015 through February 3 of 2016. They were sold at Hy-Vee stores in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. If you purchased them at Hy-Vee between the dates above, please throw them away or return to Hy-Vee for a refund.

This is the information on the back of the product:

No illnesses have been reported, but the recall follows a voluntary recall by the supplier, Marathon Ventures, Inc. Their recall covered a number of packages that contained raw macadamia nuts after a product tested positive for Salmonella during routine testing.
