Just when we thought that the Taylor Swift concert was the best ever at U.S. Bank Stadium, Ed Sheeran gives us all a mic drop.  Ok, not literally...those microphones are expensive...but he did just break a record at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota.

New Record Set at Minnesota Stadium Thanks to Ed Sheeran!

Last night, a bunch of Ed Sheeran fans, including listeners of Y-105FM in Rochester, Minnesota, helped break a record at U.S. Bank Stadium.  Not only did they hear an amazing concert by Cat Burns, Khalid, and the one and only Ed Sheeran, but they were also some of the lucky 72,102 people that helped break the attendance record at U.S. Bank Stadium.

This huge news was shared quite a bit on social media after the concert but fans knew about the record-breaking day first.  During the performance, Ed Sheeran mentioned to the crowd that he was pulled aside before the concert started and was told about this huge accomplishment.
