Last week, news broke that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were expecting their fourth child. Now, multiple sources have confirmed to People that the couple will be welcoming a baby boy into their ever-expanding family this Spring.

If true, their son will round out the family that currently consists of three girls (Kim and their daughters North (5 1/2 years old) and Chicago (1 year old)) and two boys (Kanye and their 3-year-old son, Saint).

Although neither party has yet to personally confirm the news, sources have also said that the couple is using a different surrogate than the woman who carried their daughter, Chicago.

“Since they had another embryo, Kim and Kanye always knew they wanted to try and implant that embryo too,” an insider told People. “They hoped to work with the same gestational carrier, but it didn’t work out this time. They are working with a second carrier now that is pregnant and will give birth in the spring.”

The first surrogate is reportedly pregnant with her own child. The newest member of the West family is expected to make his appearance in early May.
