Music Under The Moon Will Light Up Lowe Park this Summer
Lowe Park is becoming a hot summer venue for live music in Marion this summer between the annual Marion by Moonlight and Uptown Getdown series. Iowa's News Now says there's a trio of nationally touring acts set to take the stage at 4500 10th St. with the "Music Under the Moon" concert series.
How big are the acts we're talking about?
On Saturday, June 12 it will feature Ted Vigil's tribute to John Denver, "Remembering John Denver." Then, on Saturday, July 17 it's "Boy Band Review" paying homage to the likes of the Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, 98 Degrees, and more. Finally, fans of Bon Jovi, REO Speedwagon, Journey, and more will love one of rock's top cover bands with a growing following of their own in Arch Allies, playing on Saturday, August 14. That's a huge get for an event of this limited size.
Do I have to pay to get in?
Each show is free to attend but to ensure social distancing and safe spacing, reservations are required. Reservations will be open Fridays at noon, two weeks before each concert, meaning they open for Ted Vigil's tribute to John Denver today, May 28 at noon, and so on. Learn how to place your reservations here.
Guests will be checked in upon arrival and asked to present a valid reservation.
Are there places to sit?
