Recall Issued For Popular Children’s Snack
It's been a rough week for recalls. Yesterday, we informed you that Ritz Crackers issued a recall due to the potential presence of Salmonella. Now another snack is being recalled and this one is a favorite among children.
If you have kiddos then you're going to want to be aware of this one. Delish published an article stating that Pepperidge Farms has "issued a voluntary recall for four of their Goldfish crackers because of a concern that there may be a presence of Salmonella in the seasoning." Although no illness have been reported, it's better to be safe than sorry! Especially when it comes to our kids.
The products being recalled include all sizes (even snack bags and bulk boxes) of the following:
- Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar
- Flavor Blasted Sour Cream & Onion
- Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain Xtra Cheddar
- Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel
