What are the top companies to work for here in Iowa? We've got the list!

If you're on the hunt for a new job, you may want to consider some of these companies. The website Top Workplaces reports on the best companies to work for across America, broken down state by state. According to the site, the Des Moines Register has recognized 130 workplaces for 2021, and those places were chosen based on employee feedback. The methodology page on Top Workplaces reads:

"Participants of the regional and national awards programs must survey their employees using the Energage Workplace Survey. The research-backed employee engagement survey consists of 24 base statements that capture anonymous responses in four culture imperatives: [Align, Connect, Coach, and Performance]"

In addition, companies also have to hit a minimum required response rate from their employees to be considered, and questionable results are ruled out. You can read more on the process HERE.
