Try Delicious Food From Over 50 Iowa City Restaurants Next Week

Get ready for a night of great food and beverages! The annual Taste of Iowa City event will return to the Ped Mall next week!

Iowa City is home to tons of different bars and restaurants, and may of them will be showcased at Taste of Iowa City next week! The website reads:

"The 15th Annual Taste of Iowa City celebrates the culinary diversity of Downtown and Northside restaurants and rewards the Iowa City community with sample portions from a diverse range of menus! As part of Engaged Hawkeyes Week, it’s the perfect opportunity for new students and the community to see what Downtown restaurants have to offer!"

The 2023 Taste of Iowa City event was initially scheduled for this Wednesday, August 22nd, but excessive heat has caused the date to be moved. The event will now take place next Tuesday, August 29th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. That gives you a little more time to purchase your tickets!

Tickets for Taste Iowa City are $1 each and are sold in strips of 5. You can purchase them online HERE or at MidWestOne Bank in Downtown Iowa City. They will also be available to purchase during the event at a various ticket booths.
