Two New Mexican Restaurants Have Opened in the Corridor
If you're looking for Mexican food, you don't have to look far! Eastern Iowa is home to a TON of Mexican restaurants, including two new ones right here in the Corridor!
Let's start over in Hiawatha. Last month, a new place called 4 Hermanos Mexican Food opened in the former Karma Coffee Cafe at 1725 Boyson Road. The coffee shop closed its doors last March after around four-years in business.
4 Hermanos Mexican Food offers a large selection of menu items, including breakfast! If you stop in early, you can pick up one of their nine different breakfast burritos. The restaurant also serves other types of burritos, as well as tacos, enchiladas, salads, quesadillas, fajitas, roll tacos, fried ice cream, churros, and more. As of right now, the restaurant doesn't offer alcohol, but a comment on their Facebook page says they are "working on it."
If you want to check out 4 Hermanos, its open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. You have the option to dine-in, but you can also call in an order for pick-up and get it from their convenient drive-thru window. Check out their official Facebook page HERE.
Now, over to North Liberty! Andale Cantina Bar & Grill officially opened at 780 Community Drive, and if that name sounds familiar, that's because Andale is also located inside Coral Ridge Mall! Ándale Andale has been serving up food at Coral Ridge's food court since 2016, and this new North Liberty restaurant is considered a "sister" to that one.
Andale Cantina has posted quite a few photos of their dishes on Facebook over the past month, and everything looks amazing. That includes the margaritas!
Andale Cantina's hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can check out the official Facebook page HERE.
Speaking of Mexican places, there's a new one opening soon in Anamosa! You can read more about that HERE.
