What to Bring & What Not to Bring to the Jamie Lynn Spears Show

After the last two days, we're thrilled to report that the forecast for the 4th of July in Cedar Rapids is for a clear sky for the day and the night's concert and fireworks.  Pictured at a previous concert stop above, Jamie Lynn Spears seems to be relishing in the sunshine and all of us in Eastern Iowa will be doing the same in the coming days.

Tickets are still available at the U.S. Cellular Center Box Office and will be for sale at the gate Friday, beginning when doors open at 6pm.  When you head to the McGrath Amphitheatre Friday, here's what you should bring:

The entire family.  Macaroni Kid will be on hand with a face painter and kids craft area.

Backpacks / purses (may be subject to search)

Binoculars

Cameras according to the policy above

Ponchos / rain coats if weather dictates

Blankets

Bagged Lawn chairs

Here’s what’s not allowed:

Outside food or beverage

Animals: service animals are welcome

Audio / video recording devices

Coolers and picnic baskets

Folding Lawn chairs

Umbrellas

Firearms of any kind

Fireworks, or any other pyrotechnic devices

Frisbees

Glass bottles

Illegal substances of any kind

In-line or roller skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles

Laser pointers

Mace/pepper spray or any type of chemical spray

Musical instruments

Weapons of any kind
