30hop, Backpocket Brewing, Lululemon, La Vecina, Trader Joe's, Vesta, Von Maur; those are just a few of the restaurants and businesses located in the Iowa River Landing in Coralville, but there are some changes happening right now, including one closing.

According to KCRG, Louie's Wine Dive, located at 901 E. 2nd Ave, Suite 100, has closed for good. They made the announcement on their Facebook page last week:

But, when one business closes, another one opens. The article states:

"The location won't remain empty for long, however, with the 30Hop Restaurant Group, part of the Craft Concepts family of restaurants, set to re-open the space as a new, yet-to-be-named eatery. The new restaurant will offer an 'upscale, high-energy atmosphere and dining experience,' it said."

In addition to this change, The Funky Zebras Boutique of Coralville has moved into the former Lululemon location. Lululemon moved to a bigger store at 920 E 2nd Avenue, A109 earlier this winter. Funky Zebras is officially open now at 920 E 2nd St., Suite 160.

And finally, Fuzzy's Taco Shop at 201 E. 9th St, Suite 100 is closing for some "large scale renovations" and will reopen on April 19th, with a grand opening celebration on April 20th. According to the article:

"New owners are making room for a new bar, live music and expanded catering services. The fast-casual restaurant also plans to bring back popular promotions like Kids East Free Wednesdays."
